Curiosity Kills

Curious about what he was
His vinyl sang and told me what
That record spun
We fell in love
That record spun

The needle stopped
I pricked his heart with it

Curious on how he was
Curiosity killed the cat
That feline has more to spare

That record spun
He got even
That record spun

Curious in making him mine
Curiosity killed the cat
That feline has more to spare

Break Break Scratch Break
These songs are getting old
My heart he breaks breaks scratches breaks
His songs are getting old

That record spun
I'm curious and still in love
That record spun

I'll bring him close
Play our song
I'm curious and what's one life to spare?
He'll go and kill me
But what's one life to spare?

That record spun

That record spun

Your magnetic movements still capture the minutes I'm in.

Days like today where the sun is bright and when the crisp chill from the wind awakes me, reminds me that my soul has relocated.  She is no longer with me.

When I hear any Dylan song and when I'ma walkin' along mother nature, I am reminded where that soul of mine has fled. When I taste the air that promises a new season, I recognize the stain of her trace.  It's days like these that grief my heart on her placement and I'ma hearing her reminder that she no longer belongs to me.  She is no longer my own. She's a running, but she ain't alone.

Her whereabouts are tangled along with another, she's taken venue with a lover.  He may be unaware or fully comprehendin', but it's guaranteed he has her.
Travel light I remind her, don't stress over the unweighted matters.  May we let go of, may we allow our young old souls to wander together.

The Human Figure.

I really enjoy drawing people from life, it's interesting to capture a person in time through visual art created by my hands and through my own perception of them.  I get to draw at least one person for about eight hours a week in a studio and it's really beautiful to be able to focus on just the shape and curves of one other human being.  It's interesting to focus on complete strangers and then to translate what you see into what you create.

I'm Yours

I got a beautiful instrument from my boyfriend for my birthday and I've been playing the ukulele now for probably umm a couple days haha, but my sisters and I decided to record a video of us performing Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours" my sister Arianna on vocals and my sister Aubree on rhythm and myself on ukulele.
